Pelvic Floor Therapy

Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles with gentle electrical stimulation to improve bladder control and pelvic support.

A Closer Look at VTone

VTone is a non-surgical pelvic floor therapy that uses gentle intravaginal electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to strengthen weakened pelvic floor muscles. By improving muscle function and coordination, VTone can help reduce urinary incontinence, support mild pelvic organ prolapse, and address pelvic floor weakness that may develop with aging, childbirth, or hormonal changes.

Whether you’re experiencing occasional bladder leakage or looking to strengthen your pelvic floor, VTone offers a comfortable, effective solution. Schedule your consultation today to learn if VTone is right for you.

Your Treatment Experience

Your appointment begins with a private consultation to discuss your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. We’ll determine whether VTone is appropriate for your needs and explain what you can expect during each session.

The VTone applicator is gently inserted into the vaginal canal, where it delivers controlled electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to the pelvic floor muscles. The stimulation creates comfortable muscle contractions that strengthen and re-educate the muscles over time. Most treatments take approximately 30 minutes, and the intensity is adjusted throughout the session to ensure your comfort.

There is no downtime following VTone therapy, allowing you to return to your normal daily activities immediately. As your pelvic floor muscles become stronger over a series of treatments, you may notice gradual improvements in bladder control, pelvic support, and overall pelvic function.
