Your first appointment begins with a review of your medical history, current health concerns, and wellness goals. Dr. Crystal Bailey and our team take time to understand your needs before developing a personalized treatment plan designed to support your long-term health and confidence. 

We currently accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, with additional insurance plans expected in the future. If you have questions about your coverage, our team is happy to help you understand your options before your appointment. 

We accept cash, major credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) funds for eligible medical services. Financing options may also be available for qualifying aesthetic treatments. 

Appointments are recommended for all medical and aesthetic services to ensure we can provide you with the time and personalized attention you deserve. If you’re seeking care for a non-emergency illness, please call our office, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 

Yes. Telemedicine visits are available for select services, including medication refills, follow-up appointments, and certain non-emergency medical concerns. Contact our office to determine if your visit is appropriate for a virtual appointment.

No. Vitality Health & Glow Clinic provides preventive care and treatment for non-emergency medical concerns. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, or another medical emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department immediately.
